Abhishek, if you take admission through CAT MAT XAT IIFT etc. So the benefits you get is that you got a good and reputed college like IIM, FMS, and many more by which you got a good placement and by this your career growth is also good. While you take direct admission in any college but make sure that you can't take admission in Iims, FMS MIT, etc. , that's why you have to take exam once if not get selected so you have the last option to take direct admission in any of the college of your choice. I hope you get your desired answer.

Well, that is a good choice. Firstly, decide the college you want to study your higher education in. Then, visit their official webpage and apply for the same. Wait for the offer letter and submit the fee and apply for your visa. And yes, you are half way your journey.

You are eligible to study PGDM in Canada. You can check SPP colleges like Humber College, Fanshawe College, Fleming College, Durham College, etc. But, most PGDM courses require an IELTS of 6.5 so you have to write to the colleges and SEE if you can apply with the current scores. You may be offered a bridge course in English.

An IELTS score with 6.5 overall band and no less than 6 in each module. Moreover, you should not have any reappear/backlog in your graduation.

Hi Aditya. IIM admission process involves three stages. The first stage is the minimum percentile requirement in CAT which differs from IIM to IIM. The second stage consists of What (Written Ability Test) / PI (Personal Interview) or AWT rounds. Shortlisted candidates from second-round go through to the third stage where extracurricular activities, work experience, the academic record is weighed in. On the basis of all these three stages, you get an admission into this premier management institute of India. One important requirement to qualify for getting shortlisted by the Iims is scoring high and balanced sectional percentile in CAT.

Hi Diya. Most of the top b-schools, the curriculum is extremely hectic to take up CFA with it. Also, companies when they come for recruitment, they don't really value CFA level 1 a lot as there are many people with at least CFA level 2. Having said that, there is no harm in pursuing CFA with your MBA if you can pull it off. Good luck.
