Yes, you can do M.Des in Fashion Management and Marketing after your graduation from MIT Institute of Design Pune. The students have to clear the admission process comprising of the Design Aptitude test followed by studio test & personal interview. (https://www.mitid.edu.in/)
NIFT is also offering the Master of Fashion Management course. The eligibility criteria of MFM is a Bachelor's degree in any discipline. The selection process is comprising GAT followed by GD and PI. https://www.nift.ac.in/.

The registration process of CAT exam generally starts in the month of August (First week) and the exam will be held in the month of November (Last week). Because you are in the 1st year of B.Com (Hons.), you have enough time for its preparation. Buy some CAT preparation books available on various e-commerce websites. However, if you want to join the CAT coaching center then you can join these centers during the final year of degree, means in 2022.

JKLU is conducting number of interesting webinars. These are conducted by the different departments of the university. Webinars are a very good way to learn and know what is current situation in the academic area and career opportunities. You should definitely attend the webinars while sitting at home. There are two different series of webinars that is run by JKLU. One is about delivering more information about what JKLU has to offer and the career prospects in the different fields. Yes, it is a very good idea to apply online for admissions. Considering the current situation, it would take a very long time for 12th board exams to be conducted and then waiting for the results. So, I would advise you to apply for college and choose the courses that you like. Fill the online application form by visiting the university website- www.jklu.edu.in
The online application process is a simpler process than visiting the university and risking your health. So, start your online admission process and pay the application fee.
