As we all know that the difficulty level of UGC NET is very high. To get sure shot success in this exam, you must be highly passionate and dedicated to your studies.
1. First of all, collect the basic information regarding the subject like its eligibility criteria, exam pattern, syllabus, best books etc.
2. Analyze the complete UGC NET Syllabus - http://bit.ly/301r2ej of HRM and make a preparation strategy. Start the preparation with Paper-1 syllabus because it is simpler than the Paper 2. You must finish it as soon as you can.

There are plenty of jobs offered after one completes MBA which are analytics manager, marketing manager, products manager, consultant, banking/finance, import and export management, economics field, entrepreneurship etc. There are many fields to go into for jobs too, you need to search for your interest area for same.

As far I know, they don't have any cutoff, you just need good marks in your PUC and money to get admission.

Well the criteria which is common is 55%+ but don't get discouraged because there are many colleges which conduct their own entrance exams for admission so better prepared for that.

You just need 55% + in your PUC and no backlogs that's the basic criteria for most of the colleges and there is not common entrance exam for the admission.

No, the special exam is taken but different colleges have their own entrance exams but most of the college's only ask you for your previous academic performance and not any exam.
