The eligibility criteria for final year students to get into IMI-K:
Educational Qualification
Minimum 50% marks in Class X, XII and Graduation
The Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification obtained by the candidate must entail a minimum of three years of education after the completion of higher secondary schooling under the 10+2 system or equivalent. Candidates appearing in the final year of their Bachelor's degree or equivalent are also eligible, provided they furnish the proof of having MET the minimum eligibility criteria by September 30, 2020, failing which the candidates may be asked to withdraw from the programme. CAT/ XAT/ GMAT
The qualifying exams for IMI Kolkata application are for CAT-2019, XAT-2020 or GMAT not earlier than December 2015 and not later than May 2020). Foreign Candidates require a valid score of GMAT/English Proficiency Test/IMI Kolkata's Aptitude Test. Score sheets are to be submitted to the Admission Office for verification at the time of personal interview.

Shortlisting for PGDM for Regular Round shall be based on XAT CAT GMAT or CMAT score of candidates. The interviews for this shall be held only in Goa. Those shortlisted will be eligible to apply for scholarships. Those not shortlisted for this round will not be eligible for scholarships. Also those shortlisted for Achiever's Round decide to opt out of Achiever's Round and attends Regular Round, they will also not be eligible for scholarship. The final selection shall be made on objective and leadership assessment (40% weightage), past academic performance (15% weightage), work experience, if any (10% weightage), performance in face-to-face evaluation (30% weightage), and composite diversity index (5% weightage). This is subject to obtaining desired proficiency in written communication and minimum score for each evaluation component, except work experience. The objective assessment shall be based on XAT CAT GMAT or CMAT score and the leadership assessment shall be based on Individual Assessment in Group Activity (interaction with peers and evaluators). So lets be hopeful everything will be fine.

The IRT conducts the following Three(3) One Year Diploma Courses and One Two Year Diploma Course through correspondence as under.
1. RAIL TRANSPORT AND MANAGEMENT (RTM)
2. MULTI-MODAL TRANSPORT (CONTAINERIZATION) & LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT (MMT)
3. TRANSPORT ECONOMICS & MANAGEMENT (TEM)
4. PORT DEVELOPMENT & MANAGEMENT (PDM)
Eligibility: Candidates having a Bachelor's Degree or a Diploma in any Engineering Discipline from a recognized University/Institute are eligible.Admission process: The Prospectus for all the Diploma Courses can be obtained from the institute on payment of Rs 100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) EACH by Cash or by post by remittance through crossed Demand Draft in Favour of the Institute of Rail Transport and payable at New Delhi along with an envelope (11"x5") self-addressed to write their name and address and also the course name at the back of the demand draft when apply for prospectus etc.

IIM Ahmedabad does not offers Integrated BBA+MBA course. IPMAT is the only way to get into an integrated BBA+MBA and its available only from IIM-Indore. The process is rigorous so be very well prepared for it. An entrance examination follows, to test the applicants aptitude, logical reasoning and proficiency in English and Mathematics. Shortlisted candidates appear for personal interviews. The interview panel comprises well qualified professors from IIM Indore and other prestigious institutions. The interview judges the students level of confidence, communication skills, general awareness, persuasion skills and knowledge. Yearly Intake : 120 students
The important dates of entrance test are given below.
1. Online application submission : Monday, February 17, 2020, to Monday, March 30, 2020
2. IPMAT 20 test day : Thursday, April 30, 2020.
