Hello,
Any graduate student of any discipline can apply for the Distance MBA program. But the candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of work experience. Or the student should have 50% aggregate marks in their previous discipline and have a minimum of 2 years of experience.

I think, it is better to pursue CAT mainly, because if you do CAT you will get admission to the best IIM in the country like IIM-Ahmedabad, Bangalore and Calcutta. If you are really interested in management, then these are really good institutes and you should aim for these institutes.

Nothing will be compatible, if you pursue both simultaneously. You will learn both company laws and managements skills which will open up your opportunity areas much broader. Good luck.

Well, the scope is plenty, but your success would depend on your skills. Just because you study that programme doesn't mean that you will land a good job abroad. Business courses are considered by almost all companies regardless of industry.
