Because you have not specific about the college, hence I am giving here the eligibility criteria of PGP-FABM at IIM-A, Which is common to most of the B-Schools. Irrespective of the caste of the candidate, they must have at least 60 percent while graduating to appear in the CAT exam. If you have more than 60 percent then it is well and good.

Hello,
But, there is no need to fret if you are an MBA aspirant with no prior experience. You still have a pretty good chance at getting yourself enrolled at an IIM. As per the selection criteria of IIMs, there is no specific weightage allotted to the 'Work Ex' part in the IIM selection process.
