Hello! A PGDM is a Diploma, but a respected one since many top-ranked B-schools such as MDI, SP Jain, all Iims, XLRI, etc. Today still give a PGDM. It is considered to be equal to an MBA.

Hello! Apart from the Iims and ISB, there are some reputed B-schools such as SP Jain (Mumbai), NMIMS (Mumbai), MDI (Gurgaon) which accept GMAT scores too.

Hello! At 61 percentile in the CET, it is impossible to get admission into a good college since the cutoffs of all such colleges are generally 99+ (for the MS course). I suggest you wait for a year and give another try with much better study preparation. All the best!

Hello! PGDM is a much better option to pursue in NL Dalmia since the curriculum is kept more updated and better by the college itself than that of the MS.

Iims run certificate courses for electives who are working and also gives alumnus status to those working executives but no full time degree. PUMBA and Symbiosis also run executive MBA courses.
