As per the eligibility criteria of CAT-2019 for General and OBC-NC, The candidate must hold Bachelor's Degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA. Candidates in final year of Graduation are also eligible to apply for CAT 2019. So as per above criteria you must have 50% marks at graduation level.
