And, you also get to enjoy various industry visits where you observe and learn things keenly. ITM provides you ample of opportunities to enhance you CV to get a better job, various quizzes, events, workshop, and seminars. Marketing has the best ratio of placements comparing with other specializations.

After your BBA, I can assure you that you can get a job in India. To get an internship or placement, only BBA degree won't help you because of huge competition as you are aware of it. Especially aboard, they mostly entertain MS students. So, if you want to get placed aboard, I would suggest that you pursue a postgraduate degree like MBA so you will be having an edge to get placed aboard. You should go to that particular college and know the eligibility criteria for BBA, but for MBA you need 50% and above to get admissions in B schools followed by an entrance exam.
