Hi Rishi,
No, there is no compulsory paper related to class 12th in IPM. However, the concepts will for sure be used in some analytical subjects.

Hi Archana, The candidates applying for admissions under the NRI Sponsored category are required to apply and appear for the admission test IPMAT (Integrated Program in Management Aptitude Test) to be conducted by the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Indore. All the best.

Yes it is mandatory to pass in all the subjects to go for any college you want. You cannot proceed ahead, if you don't pass.

Before paying the fees kindly visit the college and confirm the authentication who called you and taken your details and after confirming with college pay fees physically not by any link and ask for the receipt.
