Yes, you can definitely seek admission in MBA based on your graduation. What matters is your graduation and of course, the performance in the entrance exam conducted by the institution or on its behalf where you are seeking admission. The certificate of class 12th is not mandatory. In addition, many states have started giving equivalence certificate for Diploma holders as 12th and you can get it from your state government, in case you feel like getting it, but I am sure that it won't be required in any of the admission processes.
