BBA and BBA IB both are good. It just have difference of appreciation. In BBA general, you can go with the specialisation HR, marketing and Finance. And when you choose BBA IB, it particularly focuses on the IB, you get to learn core of IB. So it depends on the one where you have interest and you r willing to do specilization.

Your academics is really good but Great Lakes is one of the top B-Schools in India which has a cut-off of 85-90% and it also considers an overall profile of the candidate.
