Plain B.com is not a a difficult task, but if you go for B.com in finance and accountancy - that will be a perk for you as everything you study there you will come across the same in your CA course too and therefore your efforts will be lessened, Many students doing CA opt for Bachelor's in Accountancy and Finance (BAF). Also, BAF is more relevant to the field.

Only a distance learning course wouldn't be of much help, you should have opted for a full time degree course. A PGDM is equivalent to an MBA, you can look for job opportunities and those will depend upon what other qualifications you have.

Depends on from where you're doing. Many coaching institutes are charging over 1 lac for the course.

The International Finance and Accounting minor focus on the function of the controller and/or the treasurer within an international organisation. You may take on the role of the key information provider, such as an advisory in a staff function. A lot depends on the outlook, aptitude and the candidate's objective in doing the course. All the three courses have similarities with regard to the course syllabus. A person doing a particular course studies more or less the same subjects as the person doing any other course. The only difference being the depth of the subjects studied and the examination orientation.
Chartered accountancy course has in depth study relating to financial accounting, auditing and tax aspects. Cost accounting course has in depth study relating to cost and management accounting. Company secretaryship has in depth study relating to company law.
