The Chartered Accountancy (CA) qualification is one of the most prestigious in our country. The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is the governing body that conducts the CA exams. Students who clear the final exam, held by the Institute, are then absorbed by the industry as qualified chartered accountants (CA).
To pursue CA, one has to clear three exams namely CPT (entrance exam), IPCC (Intermediate exam) and the final CA exam.

Opt whatever you want as per your interest as if you are good in practical subjects or in maths then continue with CA and if you are not interested in maths and inclined towards theory then you may opt CS as your preference. From the point of view of scope CA is better than CS.

It's better for you to dwell into it if you are really interested for CA don't wait to complete graduation and if you are in final year then it is rational to direct attempt IPCC after graduation.

Yes, you can absolutely prepare for CA-IPCC while pursuing B.Com or we can say B.Com is good while we are preparing for CA.
