Yes, of course, you are eligible for CA. Do CPT first and then do CA. But, its a very tough course. Equivalent course is CPA (Chartered Public Accountan).

Yes, you can pursue CS with MBA but this will create heavy burden on your studies. If you have capabilities then you may go for both the courses. It is advisable that if you opt both then go for correspondence MBA instead of regular because doing both the courses through regular mode is not possible.

I think Christ University, Bangalore is the best for doing CA because it is good in terms of placement and also facility is good.
