you have to register with icai for can course. you can get direct entry into ipcci.e. without appearing for entrance.

CA is a distant learning course which will require in house deep study you can do a graduation degree side by side for CA prefer best coaching available in town prefer eten, aldine ,gaap bright search best teacher per subject accordingly

You hvnt mentioned the country in which you wish to study so I am sharing a link which details you about the places where CA from India is recognised. To practice in the respective countries you might need the license first and then pursue your higher studies too. UK is a good place to do so.
