Dear Utsav,
Yes you can pursue CA after 12th, first you need to register yourself for CPT and then you need to fill examination form of CPT, Exams are held twice in a year in June and December.
Talking about duration standard duration of course is of 4.5Years (CPT+IPCC+Articleship+Final)
Subject to passing out every exam in one go, students complete it well withing time or at times it takes so many years to complete.

CA requires lot of hard work and dedication. If you start another degree, it may become strenuous and impact both your CA and BCom degree. If you can handle both simultaneously then it is a good option.
