c.a means a)cost accounting i. e.icwai b) chartered accountant .i. e icai.b.com provides conceptual base to pursue c.a.so,a) for icwai,just graduation is required.you can directly pursue inter level.b) from icai you need to qualify cpt .follow the website of icwai (icmai) and icai respectively.

There are many courses but best courses are CA and CS.You can also do b.com,bba,b.sc IT,law or bca

If you are planning to do graduation with CA, I suggest you go for relative less rigorous degree. I am of the opinion that BCom(P) will be lighter course in comparison to BCom (Hons).
