Hi Sayara,CA has 3 stages
CPT
IPCC
FINAL
As you have completed your class 12 you can opt CPT which is the preliminary stage. You have to study the following 4 papers in CPT
FUNDAMENTALS OF ACCOUNTING
MERCANTILE LAW
GENERAL ECONOMICS
QUANTITATIVE APTITUDE-which comprise of Maths and Statistics
As you are a commerce you won't find CPT difficult. So register yourself with ICAI.Exams are held twice in a year-June and December. You cannot attempt the one in June as the last date of registration has expired. The exam is purely an objective one.But it is being heard that they are going to be descriptive.
Hope this helped you

Hi Shubham,CA is a person who should have deep knowledge in Accounts. But in CS when compared to CA doesnot require that much deep knowledge. In case of CA since you are in 1st year BCom you should appear for the CPT exams in which you require both maths and statistics. But after that you have to study different fields of accounts like cost, financial, management. So if you are ready to take risk opt CA otherwise go for CS
Hope this helped you
