Good to read that you still have a hunger for enhancing your skills. Since, you are already Head of Operations, as per my point of view you should try and groom yourself for a COO or CEO role. For this you should try and acquire skills in Finance, People Management, Sales and Marketing. Thus, you can try and pursue relevant courses that will help you gain insight in the said areas. You could also pursue Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering/Operations field. This will also open doors for you to pursue an extended career in academics as a lecturer.

Dear Krishna,
As you have not mentioned your graduation course, I am assuming that you are a commerce students, looking at the options that you have written in the question.
Except doing MBA, CA or CS, you can also pursue:
1. Master in Finance.
2. M.Com.
3. PGDM
4. Or short term certificate courses, depending upon your area of interest.

You can opt for either of the courses because stammering problem will not be a road block in either of the courses unless you opt for any field that requires public speaking.
Go with the course you are most passionate about and have the maximum interest.

Ca and MBA are just two different extreme points, similar to north and south pole. CA gives you an in depth knowledge in accountancy, auditing, and taxation but never teaches you how to present the knowledge of yours. For a great career go for ca as well as MBA. Its a killer combo because knowledge with an ability to present it is something outrageous.
All the best !

Some of the companies that come for finance recruitment are KPMG, EY, delloite, ICICI, HDFC, State bank. The average package for finance is around 8. And work ex guys end up with higher pay generally. So you can easily fetch higher than 8.
