you have to clear IBPS exam which is conduct by government for government banks. and you can search job in private bank also, they also do online exam and interviews for job. In my point of view you can join any banking diploma which is help you in both bank. but if you should complete you graduation from commerce field, other wise you are not eligible for banking field.

You cannot get admission in Anna University with your score. You need to have at least 198 to get admission here.
