It depends on where you seek your career growth. If it is within your organisation, understand what they need. Few options are pursuing SAP MM module, pursuing a course in lean management such as Six Sigma from reputed institutes, etc.

A B.Sc can be better, if the subjects are applied sciences. Otherwise, a B.Tech is much better.

Hi Yogesh,
A career in photography offers the following options:
- Photojournalism
It's a part of journalism in which images are used to tell news stories. It requires promptness and instinct to generate ideas to make a news story from pictures. You can create a news story from pictures taken during a war or riots in the city/country. Photojournalists should be prepared to take risks like going to war zones, disaster zones etc.
This also covers feature photography like capturing pictures for an entire theme or subject and telling a news story. You can work independently or work for a news agency.

It will be difficult to get a good job just doing BA.Arts. There are many specialised courses available after graduation as Diplomas or Master's degree.
As I am not aware of your interest areas, but still trying to give some options as:
Masters of Business Administration (MBA): The most potential career option after graduation in Arts is a degree in Management or Masters of Business Administration. The 2-year management course from a reputed institute paves the path for a career in the field of business management. Some of the reputed entrance tests conducted by the best institutes are CAT/MAT/ XAT/ FMS/IIFT/SNAP.
Masters of Arts (MA): G

In hotel business - chefs and the food/beverage experts are the one of the highest paid staffs. They have a great scope everywhere. The front office managements comes in the next category.
Any diploma, degree or MBA from India will only help in getting jobs in Indian hotels. But, if you have plans to work abroad, you have to qualify with that country's degree/diploma to get job there.
Australia, Canada has good scope. USA & UK are also good but the supply ratio is more than the demand there. So, unless you are really good, it is going to be very hard to sustain.
