Biotechnology is still a niche area. Biotech is the best option among the above quoted options. Management in Health care will get you into Hospital/Medical sector. Whereas bio tech will get you more towards research based work.

If you want to opt engineering as a career option, you first need to have strong fundamental knowledge on physics, chemistry and mathematics. In this 4 year course, you have to do lot of assignments and projects and seminars and presentations. And maintaining your CGPA is also important to get a good job. Besides this, engineering life is quite enjoyable also. So, I advice you to go for it.

If you are interested in science, then only you should go for a career in science. Otherwise, it will seem a tough task man. You just have to have some strong fundamental knowledge of physics, chemistry and mathematics. If you are not good at mugging up, then don't go for biology, it will be difficult for you.

FTII Pune is the best, but getting admission there is a challenging job, so I suggest you go for a simple graduation in Journalism and Mass Communication and then try for FTII Pune.

1) Consider Your Hobbies
Before you do anything, consider what your hobbies are and write them down. Also think about why you enjoy these hobbies.
2) Speak to a Career Counselor
A conversation with a career counselor can help clear your mind and point you in the right direction.
3) Interview Professionals
If you are interested in different & reputed careers, interview people already working in those fields. Call someone you already know in a field of interest and ask to do a quick phone interview. Most people are happy to share their day-to-day activities with a willing listener
