There are lot of online test to know your aptitude. If you are not able to find what you really want to do, go through this kind of tests. Based on how you answer and what all questions you attend, your aptitude can be find out. Try it out. Another thing you can do is simple mind mapping. Its just noting down what all things come to your mind regarding you future and after consistent mind mapping, you have to conclude what your mind really wants.

Hello Shubhra,
It depends on your interests and career plan. The options after B.Sc in Biotechnology would be to do your Masters and then do your doctoral studies if you wish to be in the area of Research or a job in academia .
Some options are available for getting a job in the area of Production control or Quality Analyst in organizations such as Biocon, You should be really good with your basics on concepts such as Fermentation technology, Bio-remediation etc.
However, its worthwhile doing your Masters and your doctoral studies (Ph.D) and then trying for a job.

Hi,
This will depend on where you took up jobs. In restaurants and smaller hotels, the starting salary package is 15000 to 25000 INR . But in bigger hotels, it can go up to 65000 INR .
