You can opt for B.Ed if you want to teach in schools at PGT level i.e. class 11th 12th. If you want to teach in a degree college then you can complete your Master's degree and then qualify for UGC NET exam.

You can complete your Bachelor's and Master's degree and then opt for UGC NET exam to become a lecturer in a degree college. You can also opt for B.Ed to teach in schools. In that case, you won't have to take the NET exam.
