Dear,
Based on your interest you may select your honors subject and go for B.Sc followed by M.Sc. You may think for B.Stat from ISI or honors in statistics from renowned college. It has also a wide prospect. But what I think B.Tech in mechanical or electrical may be interesting for a student who likes pure science. See, judge and go ahead.

To become a chef, you must have a professional culinary training. To start your career as a chef you must complete your class X to join the Diploma course in food craft. In order to opt for a degree course in culinary arts, one must complete 10+2 in any stream.

Instead of doing MBBS, you can probably select a Masters course in a specialisation of your interest. As that would be the only way if you wish to continue with the medical field in future.
