You could go for entrance exams of various mass communication institutes and get into them. Such as IIMC, etc.
There are good number of institutes and also, post that you can go on for MBA in event management as well.

There is no course which will give you a job directly on your plate. First you have to know what kind of job you want and then check career opportunities abroad. More so, you must be good in your academics and skilled.
