Hi Shri,
Without CCNA or CCNP certifications, it will be hard to get a job in networking field after completing B.Tech. If you don't want to do CCNA certifications, then the best option for you is to join a networking company after completing B.Tech, either as an intern or if you get a full time job, which would be great.

Most of the MNC hire marketing management resources from top 20 B-schools of India. MBA from top B-schools is the best option to become a marketing manager in MNCs. If you are unable to pursue MBA from top B-schools, then you can join MNCs after gaining few years of marketing experience.
