Yes, many students love it. Living costs are lower than in Mumbai, Delhi or Bangalore. Rent, food and travel are cheap. The metro, buses and trams make travel easy. The city has old libraries, book markets, theatres and festivals. The main drawback is that private-sector jobs are fewer than in the big metros. Many students move to other cities for jobs after graduation.
