You need to qualify JEE Mains or private entrance exams like BITSAT, VITEEE, SRMJEE or KIIT to join reputed engineering colleges.

If you are interested, then you can pursue this course. It has good scope and variable placements, if you are passionate towards it. SRM - Chennai is a better option for genetic engineering.

I would suggest you to aim for MBA after completing BCA because with BCA + MBA IT, you will have dual specialization in technical and management also. MBA is the best career option with large salary scales.

It depends on your interest, but in management field MBA has better career opportunity with large salary scale. So, I would suggest you to pursue MBA with your interested specialization like MBA finance, HR, IT, marketing, insurance, etc.

(a) You can opt for interdisciplinary M.Tech computer science by appearing for GATE examination.
