Computer science engineering graduates have career options like:
1. Software engineering.
2. Graphic designing.
3. Software testing.
4. Network system engineer.

You can pursue higher education in:
1. MCA
2. MBA
3. B.Ed
4. M.Sc in microbiology, biology, industrial microbiology, medical microbiology, nano microbiology, etc.
You can get a job of:
1. Industrial microbiologist.
2. Scientist.
3. Researcher.
4. Biotechnologies.
5. Food microbiologist.
6. Pharmaceutical sector.
7. Chemical industries and
8. Food industry.

If it is a full time course, you can get a decent placement. If you are doing it through part time, it will add knowledge and polish you in terms of presentation skills and team work. For job prospects, you won't get any benefit as part time MBAs do not have any placement support.

Either join a job or go for B.Tech.

Both have individual scope. If you still want to decide on between the 2 then go for BBA. There is a lot of
flood in computer science.

Civil services exams are really tough. To crack these exams, you have to understand the pattern and type of questions asked every year.
Also, as you have done BE, your reasoning and quantitative aptitude techniques are required to be polished.
For this you might need to join some coaching or online test preparation course.
For GK, you need to focus on current affair and newspaper reading.
