To make career in banking, you can do B.Com or BMS, which are mostly preferable, but it is not the only option. You can get job in banking sector with a Bachelor degree in mathematics, statistics or economics.
If you want to do some professional course in banking sector, then you can go for CFP, PGDM and MBA after graduation.

You can apply for job in industries, which are known for your core branch. You can also write GATE exam, it will open the option of pursuing M.Tech and also good score in GATE will open chances to get into PSUs.

The answer can be judged simply on basis of what you have interest in. In case, you are from science background, but are you really interested to go ahead in this?
What are you interests and how much marks you are able to score in both the courses? A detailed description is required.

The salary of the two MD doctors obviously will differ. MBBS MD doctors get paid more than the BAMS MD doctor usually, but in some hospitals BAMS if preferred over MBBS. Your salary also grow as soon as you gain experience.
