Hello,
Yes, definitely you can get into banking sector after completing B.Com. You just have to put some extra efforts to prepare for competitive exams. In most of banking exams, the eligibility required is graduation.
You can prepare for:
1. IBPS PO/ clerk.
2. RRB.
3. SBI PO / clerk.
4. RBI exams, etc.
