If you want to become a teacher, then you should go for B.Ed. But, if you are interested in professorship, then you should go for UGC NET.
UGC NET is the entrance test for the candidates who are willing to pursue their career further as a junior research fellow or an assistant professor.

A counseling psychologist has a stronger focus on healthy individuals, who have fewer pathological mental problems. A clinical psychologist has a stronger focus on those with a psychosis or other serious mental illness.

This goes back to them taking over some degree of the work previously reserved for psychiatrists.

Yes, you can definitely become an IAS. But, you must have a graduate degree from recognized institution and you must have attained 21 years of age. You should be fluent in English and communication skills.
