Hi Akshat,
An MBA is for those who seek a university program to get a holistic view of the program while the PGDM is for those who seek specialization in the area of their interest.
So if you are particular about a specific subject, PGDM is better.

Photography in fashion, news, covering of events, could be some great options. I would suggest you to go for a certification course in photography from Delhi School of Photography. For fashion photography, you could go for a course called 'fashion media and makeup' in pearl academy. If you are interested in film-making or animation, you could do a course in MAAC institute (which has its branches in Kamla Nagar and some other places).

Master of Business Administration (MBA) is two years degree course in the field of management. In India, MBA degree can be awarded by any recognised university or by a business school affiliated with a university. Post Graduate Diploma in management (PGDM) is a two years Diploma course offered by the institutes that are recognised by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), and are autonomous and not affiliated with any university. It is not mandatory that a PGDM is equal to MBA. PGDM institute's accreditation by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) makes an institute's PGDM course equivalent to an MBA.
