The Indian Institute of Astrophysics is a premier institute devoted to research in astronomy, astrophysics and related physics. This is a full-time research program where in the students' work towards their PhD degree under the supervision of an IIA faculty. In India, all courses in emergency medicine require MBBS as minimum qualification. So, you won't find emergency medicine course for BAMS doctors.

It depends on your qualification. There are entrance exams you have to give in order to become a chef, like after class 12th NCHM JEE is there. Similarly, programs in Masters are also there to pursue your interest.

IAS exam has nothing to do with your undergraduate stream. It is only the minimum qualification to appear in the examination. You may choose any optional subjects of your choice to appear in main examination while pre examination is same for all. You should visit the website of UPSC and find out the syllabus for civil service exam.
