ECE deals with electronics while CSE deals with computer Science. There is considerable overlap: embedded systems for instance involves ideas from both areas. Both ECE and CSE are likely vast disciplines with several sub-disciplines. For CSE, check theACM computing classification system 2012which lists several areas within CSE. Find a similar thing for ECE, compare the two and see if anything interests you.
Rather than comparing prospects of ECE and CSE and choosing the better one, pick the one you are interested in and make it work. I like the idea that Alan Watts conveys "If you are interested in something, do that and forget ma

Hi Sunil,
Since you have completed diploma and your are searching for courses in computer domain so, it is better if you join some java course which has a good future. You have dot net, SAP etc so many courses. Choose according to your interest.
