Dear Rohit.
See we really can't compare their earnings as everyone knows what other ways could be there for earning in both of these professions but if we compare earnings in legal ways then it's of a CA who can earn any amount of money depending upon own skills and knowledge.but IAS is an great position which can make you able to earn any amount of money but that will be legal not sure about that.

It's a misunderstanding. There are two civil service exams, Preliminary and Main. Prelims is the screening test only and is objective type of examination. Negative marking system is there. The syllabus: - Indian and World History, Current affairs, Basic mathematics and English (10th standard level). Once you clear Prelims, you can continue with mains.
The Mains examination is descriptive type. We have option to choose any subjects from given list. For example, an MBBS graduate who is interested in history can select history as an optional subject. The questions will be based on optional subject.

To become astronaut you must do B.Tech Aeronautical Engineering and also obtain Flying license with more than 1000h of flying experience. By the way first astronaut was from Fighter branch of Indian Air Force. There are very limited nearly zero opportunities for astronaut in India. You may able fullfil your dream abroad only.
