At the time of medical you can apply for correction of eyesight but there is limit for that too if your eyes are very week you can not apply for pilot courses.

In India the total course will cost you around 35 lacs which in include
200 hr flying
Ground classes
and other expenses
DGCA exam fee should be bear by student only
