It's good. You may now either go for a master's degree to add more value to your CV or you can try and get a job. But with B.Sc from distance, it will be difficult for you to get a job. So, I would suggest you go for M.Sc or MBA for adding more value to your CV/resume.

Hi Deepanshi,
I am having something for you, go through it, it will help you. In India, you will have to start focusing on your career once you pass 10th grade. One should choose Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as core subjects in 12th. After you are done with 12th grade and you have gotten good grades, you need to focus on a good Bachelors degree from a recognised university. One could choose a course in Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Biology, or Aerospace Engineering. To be able to get a post graduation degree and a doctorate, you need to do well in your undergraduate degree. Post graduation and doctorate will basically be specialisati

I would strongly recommend that he completes the 10th standard. That becomes a great foundation and leads to a good sense of satisfaction too. It gives a proper head start. After that, he can choose certificate courses or Diploma courses. Or do the +2 and then Bachelors. Let him choose a field based on the interest and job prospects if he wishes to. Wish you the best. Ask him to pursue 10th and at the same time keep a tab on plenty of courses available in the industry to see what area is apt for his personality and abilities.

A bright future takes hard work and a lot of research. In fact, there are 3 broad categories which include science, commerce and arts. Science streams will lead into medicine and engineering. Engineering has host of career prospects and job opportunities. It has subjects like physics, chemistry, biology, mathematics which are the core part. Arts has gates opened to literature, journalism, psychology, languages, teaching, etc. Commerce leads you to investment banking, accounting, financial advisory, income tax etc. Check your real interest in long term, talk to people in all 3 streams and get a first-hand idea what the field is all abou

Hi,
You could decide which of the streams interests you, science, commerce or arts. All 3 have bright paths ahead. But science (engineering, IT, BCA, MCA and commerce, B.Com, ICWA, CA and thereon) and courses alike have plenty of job opportunities. Of course, there is no stream without scope. So discuss with trustworthy people like family and teachers and ask yourself too as to what inspires you. Then make the choice.

Hi,
You have a host of options. You can choose to do a certificate course or a Diploma. Or, you can take up Bachelors in travel and tourism. 10+2 and an entrance exam would be the most basic gateway for the Bachelors. One suggestion is, when you do the Bachelors also use networking skills to find an internship too. It stands out in the crowd when you later apply for jobs.

Yes, indeed. It is a thriving industry with wide range of job options in hospitality, tours and travels, airlines, hotels, entertainment, customer services, all possess good job opportunities.
10+2 and an entrance exam is the first step, prefer to do a Diploma or foundation certificate course. If not, Bachelors, is the best way to start out. Later on, if you want to go deeper, then an MBA in tourism and travels will be nice.
