I remember, that when I wanted to study MBA some reputed University, I was very hesitant to sit for CAT. CAT exam is a difficult one and everyone cannot afford to get a high percentile. This is absolutely normal and there's nothing to be looked down upon phone stock What I did was that I looked for top private management universities which conduct their own entrance exams. I understand your apprehensions of not wanting to appear for CAT exam. It is a super difficult exam which is given by lacs of candidates all across the country. IIRM accept CAT MAT CMAT scores
For CAT your Percentile should be above 60%
For MAT your Percentileshould be above 75% (Note) - IIRM also offer scholarship to students who have got more than 70% in CAT and 90% in MAT.

Well for future growth you have to improve your base in English. For IIM, CAT exam and Personal interview will be mandate.
So, i would like to recommend LPU for MBA but that too would require you to give an interview on skype and you also need at least 55% in your graduation. Of course if you pass the skype interview there are many chances for you to improve your English in LPU as it offers special classes for those who are not so good in English.
