Good colleges (AICTE Affiliated) need minimum 50 % in Graduation. CAT/MAT ideally should be around 50 percentile to get a call from good college.
You may apply in the PGDM courses which are having very good placements in corporate. Asia-Pacific Institute is situated in New Delhi Jasola Corporate hub. The institute is organising GDPI for 23rd batch admissions in the PGDM courses.

CAT, CMAT, MAT, NMAT all the proceeding tests are deliberated by Amity Gwalior. In fact, with the common entrance exams' results Amity University conducts it's own AMCAT, where the students can perform well to get admission. If in case, they couldn't perform well in CAT etc. Amity University exam is followed by a GD and an interview at the end.

You need to work hard and ensure that your overall percentage in B.Com is over 50%. Since 50% is the minimum admission requirement for MBA in absence of it will be difficult for you to appear for CAT. So please focus on your studies and get more than 50% marks in B.Com.
