No, it is not possible to get into IILM without giving any MBA entrance exam. You can appear for other exams too like XAT CMAT MAT and ATMA. MAT CMAT and ATMA are comparatively easier than CAT and XAT. Good luck! Here's the source link. https://www.iilm.edu/eligibility-criteria/.

A candidate applying for CAT exam must have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 50% marks or equivalent CGPA. The minimum percentage required for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC),

Both these have great demand and opportunities. It is fully based on your interest to choose any one. If you wish to take MBA, you should give CAT or MAT. If you wish to take CA, it would be best to pursue B.Com and later directly register for intermediate course of CA i.e, IPCC and continue it. Good luck.

Generally, the cut-off score for SIBM Pune is around 98 percentile. And it accepts only SNAP scores for its admissions; not CAT or any other exam.
