Hello Aditya, The last line of your question description is so positive that it seems you will be able to achieve what you want to. Academic results may not be the final judgement sources for anyone. You have scored first class marks in 10th and 12th. The average result does not mean your past can hamper your CAT score. For a really good score in CAT maths won't play a direct role because even if you opted for Science or arts in 12th, calculation remains a part of the reasoning segments. Your English language skills will make a great difference. Prepare with strategy and overshadow the fear.

Well, for IIM A, one should have good curriculum percentage throughout 10+2 and graduation. And, with work experience, you have good chances. Score well in CAT exams at least above 95%.
