Don't worry, they will ask you the reason behind it, there will be no issues regarding admission process just give them genuine answer, so that they have no objection for giving you admission. Yes, it might be possible that you will get admission late but you will surely get the admission.

CET or CAT are two different exams. From M.Com to get into MBA, you are required to give CET or CAT. CET is for MMS while CAT is for IIMs in India.

CAT is concept based exam where you need higher accuracy. You have plenty of time during examination. Once you are clear with your concepts, you can easily score 90-95 Percentile.

Keep your self updated. Read newspapers, u need to have good vocabulary, books are available in the market for the preparation for CAT.
