Dear Pulkit! If you don't have the work experience, surely it will going to makes a huge negative impact on your MBA Selection. I Hope you know that Iims, FMS, ISB, SP Jain, MDI are the Top colleges in India. The average age of the student here is almost 24 and 25. However, the average managerial work experience here is 3 to 4 years. So now it's upto you that how you makes yourself fit in that environment. Getting work experience is not mandatory is not necessary but it is very much preferred!
I hope you get the point.
Hopes this Helps.

You are eligible for admission but final admission depends on a lot of factors. The shortlisting criteria for interviews of IIM-B is based on CAT score, class 10th, class 12th and graduation scores and work experience. In case of IIM-B, the weightage for past academic performance and work experience is high, so you do have good chance if you score well in CAT exam. The graduation scores can create a problem for IIMB specifically but other Iims have a different criteria. You would require a balanced and consistent academic performance. It all depends on what specialisation you want to take up, as specific specializations are good in colleges. Seeing the percentile, you can opt for many colleges accepting entry criteria and depending on your choice.
