As per your academics and score, you might get a call from a decent college but having said this, +2 and graduation score is less.
Based on the CAT score, you might get a good call but try to convert it as because of the composite score, you can miss some good calls.

GMAT is Graduate Management Admission Test for admission in many college for Management in almost all college of the world.
CAT is common Admission Test for admission in Indian Management school only. This exam allows you to take admission in various indian college.

No, you need to to prepare for CAT. But shortlisted candidates need to appear for aptitude test and/or project submission conducted by the college.
