Start reading TOI or ET from the beginning so that your reading will be good and general knowledge will increase with current updates. Start doing the practice of grammar and increase your vocabulary. After these steps, start doing aptitude one by one. Starting from the beginning will help you a lot.

Updating GK is an important thing you need to take care. A large number of students fail in this. If you could read newspapers daily and note down important updates it will be helpful. Also, a lot of updated GK questions and answers are available on different sites.

These all exams are for MBA course. Different Universities and colleges have different admission criteria. Some take through CAT and some through MAT. Maximum universities and colleges take admission based on CAT and MAT score. XAT is for admission in FMS Delhi. GMAT is mostly for those who want to study MBA abroad. So you can choose according to your goals.
