Hello, Yes, switching from IGCSE to IB helps if your performance is good in IB. As IB is an international board but if your performance is lower in IB later in comparison to IGCSE as the syllabus changes & you may have to cope up with IB which is based on Applied learning & projects. Yes IB may helps for Foreign countries in case you are planning to go abrad.

Hello, You may apply for few universities like Lakehead, University of Windsor for a CS related degree. Both these universities will be within your budget & IELTS requirements are 6.5 with 6.0 individually.

(BCA / B.Sc. (Computer Science) / BBA / B.Com / B.Sc. Multimedia and Animation / B.Sc. Catering and Hotel Management).
There is no entrance examination.
Candidates who have studied in regular, full time and formal education are alone eligible to apply.
Candidates whose date of birth falls on or after 1st July 1997 are eligible to apply.
Application form will be available from the first week of April 2017.
The admissions will be on the basis of the performance in the qualifying examination (10+2).
The candidates short-listed based on their merit will be called for the counselling.

You can basically choose from science, arts, commerce for +2 or go for a diploma.
Know your interests first.
Know that if you are determined and dedicated to whatever you choose, you will be rewarded. Choose what you are passionate about or at least what you will enjoy doing.

You could choose for any course that provides computer education, like CS bifocal course or IT in Science or go for a Diploma in CS. You may then choose to go for a BCA.

Well, I think the best way would be to go for computer science bifocal course along with PCM (of course Science). Appear for state-CET or JEE and take admission in a good engineering college that provides CSE or IT.

You can basically choose from science, arts, commerce for +2 or go for a Diploma.
You could choose to go for say engineering, medical, research, if you take science. You can try for CA if you are into commerce. Bank management and law aren't bad either.
Know that if you are determined and dedicated to whatever you choose, you will be rewarded. Choose what you are passionate about or at least what you will enjoy doing.
