You have not specified your percentage in class 10th still I will try helping you. First, see to this what you are interested in. There are many good universities like LPU, Amity, MVN, etc., that offer tools on their websites where students can check which career is perfect for them by answering some questions.

Instead of going for a branch on the basis of marks better check the interest and acumen of your sister. Let her go for the course that she has interest in.
After 10, she can go for various Diploma courses in engineering, management, architecture, fashion designing, MLT, Hotel Management, etc., other than going for +1 +2 with Med., Non-Med., Commerce, Humanities, etc.

If you want to opt for medical stream then you may opt for PCB and if you are interested in engineering you may opt for PCM subjects. If you are still not sure then you may opt for PCBM so that you can select your career option after clas 12th board.
